By using Resume Curator, you agree to these terms. Resume Curator is a tool that helps you tailor and present your existing experience for specific job opportunities.

The service

Resume Curator takes your existing resume and a job description you provide and generates a version of your resume tailored to that role. You can download the result as a PDF, Word (.docx), or plain-text file, and your curated versions are saved to your account so you can compare them over time.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you submit and the resumes you produce. You agree to use Resume Curator honestly and not to misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or credentials to employers or anyone else.

No fabrication

Resume Curator is designed to work with the information you provide and should not invent experience, skills, or accomplishments. The service helps present your real background in a way that's more relevant to a given role. You should always review your curated resume for accuracy before submitting it.

Your content

You retain ownership of the resume content and job descriptions you submit. By using the service, you allow Resume Curator to process that content to generate your curated resume and to save it to your account history.

Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to access accounts other than your own.
  • Do not misuse the service or try to disrupt it.
  • Do not use Resume Curator in a way that violates applicable laws or these terms.

Free service and availability

Resume Curator is provided free of charge. While we strive to keep the service available and reliable, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may update, change, or discontinue features over time.

Limitation of liability

Resume Curator is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including the resumes you produce and any decisions made by employers based on them. You are responsible for reviewing your resume before sharing it.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date at the bottom of this page.
